IQF chicken is usually cut in dices or stripes, marinated, cooked or raw. When marinated, the usual ingredients are oil, water, sugar and different spices. Raw meat can be minced or diced while cooked meat (such as ham, bacon or pepperoni) can be also diced or striped.
